Crestron's new V-Panel is a line of ultra-slim, low profile, high definition (HD) touchpanels that are only 2-inches deep. It is available in 12" (VESA, tilt, wall) as well as 15" (VESA, tilt, wall) version, and can function as both a touchpanel control interface and flat panel HD display. Apart from providing desktop and flush wall-mount facility, the new touchpanels also features VESA mount installation.

Moreover, V-Panels provides built-in annotation that facilitates user with the ability to draw over a moving or paused video image. It features a native IP intercom that can be utilized to talk panel-to-panel with someone in another room. In addition, it can also integrate VoIP communications, embedded PC applications, USB-HID control, and whole house control, thereby offering a comprehensive digital media, control and communication solution, says Creston.

According to a press release, Solutionz strategically partnered with Polycom nearly eight years back, in order to offer customers video conferencing solutions that enable geographically dispersed workforces to communicate and collaborate more effectively and productively over distances.

Currently, Solutionz and Polycom together are providing their customers with telepresence, video, and voice solutions and services that enable connecting desktop, conference room, classroom, or mobile setting virtually.

The latest promotion for Solutionz by Polycom is Polycom Trade-Up to the RMX 2000. This promotion provides customers with rebates of up to $40,000 with the trade-in of a Polycom MGC or competitive MCUs and the purchase of an eligible Polycom RMX 2000 real-time media conferencing platform or Polycom RMX 1000.

The Trade-Up to Polycom program enables customers to qualify themselves for significant rebates on purchases of the new Polycom RMX 2000 or RMX 1000 systems. This offer is valid through December 31.

Solutionz also partnered with TANDBERG last year to provide its customers with enhanced video conferencing solutions.

Presently, Solutionz and TANDBERG together provide customers with telepresence, high definition video conferencing, and network infrastructure solutions and services.

TANDBERG is now offering a new promotion for Solutionz, called as TANDBERG Profile Promotion. This promotional offer, which is valid till March 31, 2010, provides discounts, such as 33 percent off of the standard list price for Profile 42" powered by the Codec C60 and 20 percent off of the standard list price for Profile 52" powered by the Codec C60. This offer facilitates customers to turn their meeting place into a global communication hub, said TANDBERG.
