Adaptive Engineering Intros Concourse 3.0 UC Suite
Adaptive Engineering, a software development company that provides visual solutions for businesses and organizations looking to save time and money, is now offering version 3.0 of its unified communications (UC) suite.
Concourse 3.0 is not only the latest edition of the Concourse family of products, but the company claims it is also the only UC messaging tool that applies visual metaphors to textual data, decreasing the time it takes users to learn and react to a situation.
Concourse 3.0 comes with a variety of features including dynamic routing, group communication and message broadcasting, attribute-based platform that is scalable and fully customizable, training and e-learning tools, a reward and incentive program, and remote desktop viewer/controller.
“Adaptive Engineering was founded to answer a need in the software solutions industry,” said the company’s CEO and founder, Allan Stern, in a statement. “With Concourse, we have a family of products that is customizable, and designed with each customer’s business goals in mind, from reducing employee turnover in a call center to saving money on new employee training. Our approach starts with the user and results in an innovative Unified Communications (News - Alert) suite that is fully secure and integrated with their existing systems.”
Stuart Rotman, vice president of creative services at Adaptive Engineering added that Concourse products were designed to change the way businesses think about communications and that Concourse is intuitive and engaging, and its unique, community-centric interface enables users to collaborate and do their jobs more efficiently.
