Project InVision International Enhances Productivity with AltiGen
AltiGen (News - Alert) Communications, a provider of VoIP business telephone systems and unified communications (UC) solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced that Project InVision International is achieving increased productivity through enhanced mobility and multi-site capabilities available with AltiGen UC phone systems.
A provider of business performance improvement solutions to professional organizations, Project InVision International (PII) serves clients such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (News - Alert), AT&T, EDS and TELUS.
Software from PII is designed to automate core business processes that are put in place to help clients to manage engagements and initiatives as well as facilitate governance and compliance.
The Project InVision software has been implemented at more than 500 service and project intensive businesses that operate 30,000 seats in order to manage tens of thousands of engagements worldwide.

The AltiGen phone system was deployed by PII at its corporate headquarters in Novato, California, as well as several remote offices throughout the U.S. The connecting of multiple locations with Voice over IP allows the company to now provide a single unified appearance to customers while saving money on long distance toll charges.
PII’s overall monthly phone administrative fees are significantly reduced as a result of AltiGen’s VoIP-enabled, multi-site communications platform with self-administration features.
"Although the AltiGen phone system provides many advanced features, it is very simple to manage," said Matthew Meblin, CEO and co-founder of Project InVision International, in a Tuesday statement. "It's very flexible. With a few clicks you can add an extension or change a feature. The system's mobility features have enabled us to improve customer satisfaction by seamlessly routing customer calls to an employee's office extension, cell or home phone when they are away from the office."
"AltiGen's unified communications solution is an advantage to companies with many remote employees where we can help businesses realize productivity and cost efficiencies," said Mike Plumer, AltiGen's Vice President of Sales, in the Tuesday statement. "Distributed, multi-site organizations are a perfect example of customers that can truly benefit from our technological expertise and unique product offering. We are pleased Project InVision chose AltiGen's unified communications solutions to help them grow their business."
AltiGen had its work cut out for it when promoting its solutions to PII as the company is focused on providing streamlined processes for customers. PII likely had stringent requirements for its communications systems and demanded a solution that would produce measurable results.
With its unified communications phone system, AltiGen was able to step up to the plate and deliver the powerful solution that PII needed to produce the desired results so that its internal operations matched the efficiencies of the solutions they provide to global organizations.
